So Colissimo is a service of La Poste, guaranteeing a delivery in 48h to 72h (working days and Saturday) delivered without signature in Metropolitan France. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse an email confirmation of shipment will be sent to you with a link that will allow you to follow online the progress of the delivery of your package. Simply enter the name and address of the recipient at the delivery address. The parcel is sent from you, accompanied by a delivery note without mention of price. The invoice is sent to you by email to your address.
You can choose the "gift package" option for special packaging and the addition of a small personalized wording. This option is charged € 2 more in your order.
For deliveries by carrier, take the time to check the number, the condition and the contents of the packages, in the presence of the deliveryman.
In case of incident, mention it precisely on the delivery receipt, which must include: date, signature and specific reservations.
Keep the original packaging, the invoice / guarantee slip of the article. These documents will be used in case of return or exchange
